Insecurity can show up in many different ways in our lives preventing us from being able to move forward from a situation.   This course provides an awareness that frees participants from fear & insecurity giving them more clarity and the strength to make  changes in their lives.

We will cover : how insecurity is created, behaviours & body language, the role of thought, inbuilt resilience, managing insecurity in ourselves & others, where our experience is coming from.
